      2.1 Our products, including but not limited to tote bags, t-shirts, and other textiles, are handmade and feature unique designs crafted from sustainable, high-quality materials. Variations in design or colour may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
      2.2 Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to minor errors or updates.
    3. Ordering and Payment
      3.1 Orders can be placed via the Website. You must provide accurate personal and payment details.
      3.2 Payments are accepted through secure methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or other specified payment gateways.
      3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability of stock.

      4.2 Orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

      6.4 Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

      7.1 All products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty against defects under EU law.
      7.2 If you receive a defective product, contact us at sales@garols.com with your order details and description of the defect.
      7.3 Eligible returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, including any applicable shipping costs.
